• Organizer: This event is hosted by ADATA Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer").
  

• Prize Substitution: All prize images are for illustrative purposes only. In the event of circumstances beyond control (such as stock shortages or product discontinuation), the Organizer reserves the right to substitute any prize with an alternative of equal or greater value without prior notice.

• Winner Notification: The Organizer will contact the winners individually after the official announcement. Winners must reply with the required shipping and prize-claim information within two (2) weeks of receiving the notification. Failure to do so within the specified timeframe will be deemed a forfeiture of the prize, and the Organizer reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

• Amendments & Cancellation: The Organizer reserves the right to modify, amend, delete, or terminate these Terms & Conditions and the prize details at any time without prior notice.

• Shipping & Delivery Restrictions: The Organizer accepts no liability for undelivered prizes resulting from incorrect personal data provided by the participant, international customs regulations, regional import restrictions, shipping disruptions, or any other factors beyond the Organizer's control. Such instances will be treated as a forfeiture of the prize.

• Governing Law & Jurisdiction: These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Taiwan (R.O.C.). Participants agree that any disputes arising from or in connection with this event shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Taipei District Court in Taiwan as the court of first instance.
