Giveaway Promo Mechanics:

• Promo Duration: 1st June - 30th June,2024

• Location: Australia Only.

• Ace the XPG power supply quiz to entitle the giveaway. Purchase any amount of XPG | ADATA products (DRAM | SSD | PSU | FAN | CASE) for an extra lucky draw ticket.
  

• For every 1 successful transaction (single receipt purchase)= 1 extra lucky draw ticket (regardless of the amount) entitles customers to join the raffle promo.

• After a successful purchase, users will need to register on the EOFY Special Giveaway Campaign site where they can enter their personal information: full name, email address, mobile number, store name, product line, and receipt. Users must fill up the form and submit it. Incomplete entries will be disqualified.

• The deadline for submission of entries is on 30th June 2024 (11:59 PM).

• Announcement of winners will be on 17th July 2024 via the XPG Global Facebook page & XPG Australia Facebook page.

Terms and Conditions

1. The Steam wallet will be transferred to the winner's Steam account. The winner must provide the correct Steam account and add XPG | ADATA as a friend to get the Steam wallet prize amount. 

2. The Steam wallet prize amount that will be transferred is in USD currency, the exact AUD amount might change based on the exchange rate. 

3. To be eligible for the raffle draw, the transaction must be successful within the promo period and you must have registered your personal information in the EOFY Special Giveaway Campaign site.

4. Participants can only win once. If the name is drawn more than once, the prize with the higher value will be awarded to his/her prize. Prizes are transferable but not convertible to cash.

5. Winners will be notified via email and will be sent to the complete address on file. Winners must send original identification with photo and signature (i.e. Driver’s License, passport, SSS, TIN, NBI clearance) when claiming the prize. 

6. By participating in the raffle, the winner agrees to cooperate with and participate in any advertising or publicity activities of XPG | ADATA relating to the draw. The winner agrees that XPG | ADATA may publicize the name of the winner in such mode and manner as XPG | ADATA considers fit. The winner’s name may be published on XPG | ADATA’s Facebook page.

7. Winners must claim their prizes (CORE REACTORII 750W x 1, INVADERXMT-BKCWW x 1, LANCER RGB Black 32GB x 1,  GAMMIX S70 Blade 1TB x 1, HURRICANE ARGB PWM 120mm Fan x 1, and Steam Wallet AU$30 x 5) within 60 days upon receipt of notification, otherwise, it shall be forfeited.

8. Employees and Business Partners of XPG | ADATA, store personnel, suppliers, and their agencies including their relatives up to the second degree of affinity or consanguinity are disqualified from joining the promotion.

9. XPG | ADATA reserves the right to change or suspend the EOFY Special Giveaway Campaign.  

10. XPG | ADATA reserves the right to change the prize item with the same value.

11. The color of the prize is subject to the actual prize.
