Promo Mechanics:

• Promo Duration: 1st March - 30th April, 2023

• Promo is available in all XPG | ADATA Authorized Official Stores nationwide.

• Purchase any amount of XPG | ADATA products (DRAM, SSD, external hard drive, peripherals, and components) to join. Memory card, USB Flash Drive, USB Cables & Mobile Accessories are excluded from this promotion. 

• For every 1 successful transaction (single receipt purchase)= 1 lucky draw ticket (regardless of the amount) entitles customers to join the raffle promo.

• After a successful purchase, users will need to register on the XTREME LEVEL UP Campaign site where they can enter their personal information: full name, email address, mobile number, store name, product line, and receipt. Users must fill up the form and submit. Incomplete entries will be disqualified.

• Deadline for submission of entries is on 10th May 2023 (11:59 PM).

• Announcement of winners will be on 17th May 2023 via ADATA Global Facebook page.

Terms and Conditions

1. To be eligible for the raffle draw, the transaction must be successful within the promo period and you must have registered your personal information in the XTREME LEVEL UP Campaign site.

2. Participants can only win once. If the name is drawn more than once, the prize with the higher value will be awarded to his/her prize. Prizes are transferable but not convertible to cash.

3. Winners will be notified via email and will be sent to the complete address on file. Winners must send original identification with photo and signature (i.e. Driver’s License, passport, SSS, TIN, NBI clearance) when claiming the prize. 

4. By participating in the raffle, the winner agrees to cooperate with and participate in any advertising or publicity activities of XPG | ADATA relating to the draw. The winner agrees that XPG | ADATA may publicize the name of the winner in such mode and manner as XPG | ADATA considers it fit. The winner’s name may be published on XPG | ADATA’s Facebook page.

5. Winners must claim their prizes (1 pc Apple iPhone, 1 set PS5+XPG S70 Blade 2TB, 1 pc MSI G2712, 10 pcs XPG Crossbody Bag, 10 pcs XPG Poker) within 60 days upon receipt of notification, otherwise it shall be forfeited.

6. Employees and Business Partners of XPG | ADATA, store personnel, suppliers, their agencies including their relatives up to second degree of affinity or consanguinity are disqualified from joining the promotion.

7. XPG | ADATA reserve the right to change or suspend XTREME LEVEL UP campaign.  

8. XPG | ADATA reserve the right to change the prize item with the same value.

9. The color of the prize is subject to the actual prize.
