Terms and Conditions

1. Redemption of prizes is onsite/in-store or winners may visit IN Festival 2021 for more information. To be entitled for a scratch card, the end customer must present proof of purchase or receipt.
2. Customers may get scratch cards more than once, provided the transaction meets the required purchase value or item during the duration of promo.
3. There will be one winner of the first prize which is a set of Summoner/Precog/Primer/Battleground XL Prime.
4. First / Second Prize winner must claim their prize through XPG FB, provide the scratch card and proof of ADATA | XPG purchase or receipt. Other winners may claim their prizes upon presentation of (valid) scratch card and copy of ADATA | XPG purchase/receipt.
5. Prizes may be redeemed within (30) days from end of promo period at the store where purchase was made or visit  IN Festival 2021  for further instructions; otherwise prize will be forfeited in favor of ADATA | XPG IN.
6. Winner of Rupee 150 off and Rupee 75 off may deduct their purchasing amount directly, for other prizes are not convertible to cash.
7. Winners will be announced via ADATA | XPG Facebook page and website and agree to have his/her name and photo included in all advertisements and other related materials.
8. Employees of ADATA | XPG, its Ad Agency, suppliers and participating stores including relatives up to 2nd degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified in joining the promo.
